Since its inaugural meeting in 1726, Bellewstown has been a cherished venue for horse racing enthusiasts, renowned for its unique atmosphere, scenic setting, and community spirit. To commemorate this historic milestone, Bellewstown will host a special programme of anniversary events throughout 2026, honouring its past while looking confidently to the future. The celebrations will include feature races, community festivities, and tributes to the many individuals and families who have shaped the racecourse’s story.

Anniversary Upgrades and New Facilities: As part of the 300th anniversary celebrations, Bellewstown Racecourse is delighted to announce the opening of a state-of-the-art weigh room, providing modern facilities for jockeys and officials. Additionally, the new “1726 Restaurant” will open its doors, offering racegoers a unique dining experience inspired by the racecourse’s heritage.
