Equitas Live Returns. Bigger Conversations Ahead!
Equitas Live is Back and We Mean It
Equitas is back on Instagram Live and we are not easing ourselves in.
This Friday, April 17th at 7.30pm, we kick off a brand new three month livestream series with Amelia Collins of A.C.E Coaching. It is the kind of conversation you will actually want to sit down for - get that kettle on!
If you have followed Equitas for a while, you will know this is where we are at our best. Real conversations, no fluff, no gatekeeping. Just people who are doing the work and sharing what that really looks like.
Amelia brings exactly that.
She is currently completing her doctorate in Applied Sport Psychology and working towards Chartered Status. She holds both a BSc (Hons) and an MSc with Distinction, works as a Level 4 Event Coach through A.C.E Coaching, and operates as a Sport Psychologist through her consultancy ReAlign.
So yes, she knows her stuff. But more importantly, she is in it every day with riders.
Her work sits right at the intersection of performance, mindset and wellbeing. Anyone in this sport knows that is where things are either won or completely unravel.
Her research adds another layer. Her MSc focused on female riders recovering from concussion, highlighting how often cognitive and emotional symptoms are misunderstood or missed altogether. That lack of understanding can delay recovery and have a real impact long term.
It is a conversation the industry needs to have.
On Friday, we will get into her journey, what it is like working across different levels, and why both physical and psychological performance need to be taken seriously. We will also open up the bigger picture around injury, recovery and how riders are supported through it all.
The tone is simple. Honest, practical and actually useful.
As we head into this three month series, the focus is on consistency and connection. New voices, fresh perspectives and real engagement.
We want this to be a space where people can show up, ask questions and take something away from it.
Join us live this Friday at 7.30pm on @equitasworldwide.
If you would like to be part of the series or join a future livestream, get in touch. We are always open to the right conversations.
